Refund Policy
- Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No automatic refunds for partial billing periods.
- First-time purchase refunds are available within 48 hours if usage is under the plan threshold (details below).
Definitions
New photos = new uploads processed that consume monthly quota.
Restyles = reprocessing previously uploaded photos; on Pro/Pro Plus, restyles do not consume new-photo credits.
Refund eligibility (first purchase only)
A refund may be requested within 48 hours of the first subscription purchase if new photos processed are below:
- Starter: fewer than 10 new photos
- Pro: fewer than 50 new photos
- Pro Plus: fewer than 100 new photos
If usage exceeds the threshold, we may offer account credit instead of a refund.
Cancellations
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no mid-cycle access removal).
Service issues
If there is a verified service outage or processing error that materially prevents normal use, we may provide a credit or refund at our discretion.
