Photolister FAQ

Free photos, one-time photo packs, export sizes, and what works on each marketplace.

Is Photolister free?

You can try it free. Your first 5 photos at photolister.com/try are free, with no account or signup, and include standard 2000 × 2000 downloads in Studio White, Pure White, Concrete or Transparent. After that, one-time photo packs cost $10 for 40 photos or $20 for 100 photos.

Is Photolister a subscription?

No. The web offer is one-time photo packs: $10 for 40 photos or $20 for 100 photos. You pay once per pack, nothing renews, and you buy another pack when you need more photos. A pack’s photo allowance is separate from batch size; each batch holds up to 50 photos.

What is included in the five free photos?

Try background removal and framing on your first five photos. Choose an initial Studio White, Pure White, Concrete, or Transparent style and download the standard 2000 × 2000 results. Marketplace export presets, restyles, and custom backgrounds require a paid photo pack.

What export sizes does Photolister support?

Paid photo packs include these export presets: eBay (1600 × 1600 JPG), Amazon / Etsy (2000 × 2000 JPG), Shopify (2048 × 2048 PNG), Depop (1280 × 1280 JPG), Social 4:5 (1080 × 1350 JPG), Pinterest 2:3 (1000 × 1500 JPG), TikTok Shop 9:16 (1080 × 1920 JPG), Instagram Feed 4:5 (1080 × 1350 JPG), Instagram Story / Reel 9:16 (1080 × 1920 JPG). Free photos download at 2000 × 2000. Check the exported files and preview your own listing before publishing. Presets do not guarantee marketplace approval.

Does Photolister have a Poshmark 3:4 preset?

Not yet. Poshmark switched cover photos to 3:4 portrait in March 2026, and Photolister has no Poshmark preset today. Shoot or crop your cover to 3:4 portrait yourself; Photolister handles the background cleanup and consistent framing. The Poshmark photo requirements guide covers the rest.

Can Photolister remove hangers?

Not yet. Hanger removal is coming soon, but it isn’t available today, so don’t rely on Photolister to take hangers out of your photos. Until it ships, flat-lay photos are the simplest way to keep hangers out of your listing photos.

How is Photolister different from Photoroom?

Photolister is built around resale batches: one-time packs ($10 for 40 photos or $20 for 100 photos) instead of a subscription, consistent framing across a batch, and export presets for eBay, Amazon / Etsy, Shopify and Depop. Photoroom’s paid plans are subscriptions priced per month, and they include many more AI tools, such as AI backgrounds and fashion models (Photoroom pricing, checked October 2026).

Can I use edited photos on Vinted?

No. Vinted’s catalog rules say listing photos have to represent the item as it is and that no image editing is allowed (checked October 2026). Upload your untouched originals to Vinted and keep edited versions for marketplaces that allow them.

What counts toward my photos remaining?

Processing a new original photo uses your photo allowance. For customers who have purchased a pack, restyling or exporting an already processed photo does not use more photos. Uploading the same original again for a new processing job counts as another photo.

What does a paid photo pack unlock?

Paid packs include restyles, custom backgrounds, and export presets for processed photos. These tools remain available to recognized pack customers even when their remaining photo balance reaches zero.

What photos work best?

Keep the complete item inside the frame, use clear diffuse lighting, and separate it from a simple background. Compare every finished photo with the original, especially lace, straps, pale fabric, labels, and condition details. The photo setup guide shows examples.

Can I use the studio without creating an account?

Yes. The public studio works without creating an account. For purchased photos, use the access email flow when you need to recover your balance and recent batches in another browser.

I already have a subscription. Where do I manage it?

Existing subscribers can still sign in and use their dashboard and account settings. The one-time photo packs described here are the public studio offer; consult your existing plan and billing details for subscription access.

Where can I ask about refunds?

For refund questions, contact support with your purchase details. You can also read our published Refund Policy.
