Terms of Service
Updated September 10, 2026. These terms apply to the PhotoLister website and mobile app.
Using PhotoLister
PhotoLister prepares product photos for listings. You are responsible for the photos you upload and for reviewing finished images before publishing them. Automated background removal and image finishing can make mistakes. The service is provided as available; keep your own copies of important photos.
The mobile app creates a guest account automatically. Keep access to your device and verify a recovery email to protect access across devices. Entering an email alone does not establish ownership. Do not share recovery links or attempt to access another person’s account.
Photo Packs and payments
Mobile Photo Packs are one-time consumable purchases, not subscriptions. The Apple purchase sheet shows the applicable localized price and the app shows how many photos the pack includes. Apple processes payment, RevenueCat coordinates purchase verification, and PhotoLister confirms your remaining balance. Website purchases use Stripe and may offer different quantities or prices.
A successful new photo uses one available photo. Failed processing follows our restoration rules. Eligible paid accounts can restyle completed photos and create supported exports without reducing their remaining photo balance. Paid tools remain available when that balance reaches zero. Purchased photos do not expire while the account remains active, but account deletion ends access to unused photos.
For Apple purchase refunds, use Apple’s refund request service. Website purchases follow our refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights required by applicable law. Deleting the app or account does not itself request a refund.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of your photos and finished images. You give PhotoLister permission to store and process them through the providers described in our privacy policy to deliver the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload them. Do not upload unlawful content, misuse the service, circumvent usage or security controls, or access other users’ data. We may restrict access for abuse or violations of these terms.
Account deletion
In the iOS app, open Settings, choose Delete account, review the scope, and confirm your request. This works for automatically created accounts, including accounts that have never purchased. Your current account access verifies ownership; you do not need to call or email support to initiate deletion.
We manually complete requests within 30 days. Your request includes all linked PhotoLister devices, uploaded and finished photos, batch history, saved backgrounds, recovery details, account access, and unused photo balance. Save any photos you want to keep before requesting deletion. Copies saved to your device are not removed. You can check your request reference, deadline, and completion in Settings on the requesting installation.
Account access remains available until deletion is completed. Please avoid new uploads or purchases while your request is pending. Deletion is permanent. It ends access to paid features and unused photos and does not automatically refund purchases. Apple handles refund requests for Apple purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.
We retain only transaction information required for tax, accounting, disputes, or other legal obligations and a minimal record of the deletion request and its completion. Retained transaction records must not restore your deleted account, photos, or balance. Provider-held payment records may remain subject to their own legal duties.
