Restyling or exporting a photo you already processed doesn’t use more photos. Each batch holds up to 50 photos.
Photos that work best
Shoot one item per photo on a plain backdrop that contrasts with it, in soft, even light, with the whole item in frame and a little space around it. Flat lays work well. Textured bedding, rugs and busy rooms make edges harder to separate. The photo setup guide shows good and bad examples side by side.
Listing on several marketplaces? Check the marketplace photo requirements first. Vinted doesn’t allow edited photos, and Poshmark covers now display in 3:4 portrait.
Questions about the free trial
Is the bulk background remover free?
Your first 5 photos are free, with no account or signup. After that, one-time photo packs cost $10 for 40 photos or $20 for 100 photos. There’s no subscription.
How many photos can I upload at once?
Up to 50 photos per batch, as long as you have that many photos left. On the free trial, that means your 5 free photos.
What size are the files?
Free photos download at a standard 2000 × 2000 px. A paid pack adds export presets: eBay (1600 × 1600 JPG), Amazon / Etsy (2000 × 2000 JPG), Shopify (2048 × 2048 PNG), Depop (1280 × 1280 JPG), Social 4:5 (1080 × 1350 JPG), Pinterest 2:3 (1000 × 1500 JPG), TikTok Shop 9:16 (1080 × 1920 JPG), Instagram Feed 4:5 (1080 × 1350 JPG), Instagram Story / Reel 9:16 (1080 × 1920 JPG).
Does it work for eBay, Depop and Poshmark photos?
Yes for the background cleanup and framing. Paid packs include eBay and Depop export presets. There’s no Poshmark preset yet: Poshmark covers display in 3:4 portrait, so crop your cover to 3:4 before you upload it there.
Do edited photos guarantee marketplace approval?
No. Presets prepare files at a marketplace’s recommended size, but each marketplace has its own rules. Compare every result with your original and check the listing preview before you publish.
